Return and Refund Policy

1. Introduction
At TrustLaw, we are committed to providing high-quality legal and accounting services. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which clients may request a refund or modification of services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms detailed in this policy.

2. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of legal and accounting services, once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided, fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may apply in cases of proven error or failure to deliver agreed-upon services, as outlined below.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Service Non-Delivery: If services outlined in the agreement were not delivered.
Error in Service: If a proven error or oversight occurred during the execution of services.
Cancellation Before Commencement: If the client cancels the service before any work has begun.

Refunds will not be granted for:

Change of mind or circumstances unrelated to TrustLaw's performance.
Delays caused by client-side inaction or incomplete submissions.

4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, clients must:

Submit a written request via email to support@TrustLawa.com within 14 days of the service issue.
Include the original invoice, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting documentation.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 14 business days, and decisions will be communicated promptly.

5. Partial Refunds
In cases where partial work has been completed, TrustLaw may offer a partial refund proportionate to the work remaining. This will be determined based on the scope of services already delivered.

6. Modification of Services
If the client is unsatisfied with the outcome of a service, TrustLaw may offer modifications to meet expectations. This option is available within 30 days of service completion and subject to mutual agreement.

7. Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to resolve payment disputes directly with TrustLaw. If disputes are escalated to payment processors or legal channels, this policy may serve as a reference for terms agreed upon by both parties.
